A little about me...

Taylor Pulliam is a real estate broker with Salt + Stone Property Group, helping buyers and sellers throughout southeastern North Carolina. Licensed in 2019, Taylor brings a background in sales management and a practical, straightforward approach to real estate.

Taylor understands that buying or selling a property involves more than finding the right home or agreeing on a price. From evaluating market conditions and preparing a property for sale to navigating negotiations and the details of a transaction, he works to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions throughout the process.

Having called the Wilmington area home since 2015, Taylor has developed a strong familiarity with the communities and real estate markets throughout the Cape Fear region. He values clear communication, attention to detail and building relationships that extend beyond the closing table.

An East Carolina University graduate, Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, woodworking and tackling home improvement projects when he's not working with clients.
